Where are your data centers located?

We have Data Centers in three locations. St. Louis (USA), Strasbourg (France) and Dusseldorf (Germany).

How can I order a server?

You can either directly select from the pre-configured options on the website, including additional features, or send us your inquiry via e-mail and receive a custom offer.

What is the minimum contract duration?

The contracts are set on a monthly basis and the minimum contract length is 1 month.

What Payment methods can I use for purchasing a service from Keagan.eu?

You can use the most common means of payment – PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Direct Bank Transfer.

How can I cancel my contract with Keagan.eu?

You can cancel the contract anytime. You need to send a request to our team and we will cancel the contract at the end of the current billing cycle.

How long does it take to get my server set up?

The server will be activated within 60 minutes after the order is confirmed.

Does Keagan.eu offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

SLA provided by the technical support teams in the corresponding Data Centers (for more information, please, check Menu Documents, SLA).

What is your availability?

We guarantee 99.9% network availability.

Do you ensure unlimited traffic?

Yes, we do. You can generate unlimited amount of traffic without extra cost.

What Operating System can be installed on my server?

We offer wide range of Operating Systems. You can either choose from Linux systems like CentOS, Debian, Scientific Linux and Ubuntu, or we can provide you with Microsoft Windows. A Custom OS installation can be requested as well.

Do you provide any control panel for the server?

Yes, we use the two most popular control panels – Plesk Onyx and cPanel.

Do you provide backup-as-a-service?

Yes, we offer Acronis Backup Solution and you can include it while placing a new order.

How many IP addresses can I get per server?

You get one main IP address along with the server and you can additionally order up to 32 IPs depending on the server plan.

Whom should I contact in case of technical issues?

You have to submit a ticket (Menu Tickets).

Whom should I contact to get assistance on administrative and billing matter, sales and contract topics?

You have the option to send a request by mail, to proceed with the Live Chat or via contact form (Menu Contact us).
